Welcome to The Happiness PhD Project

My name is Jackson Kerchis and I’m building my own Happiness PhD. This open-access digital network of notes and research exists as an “external brain” or “happiness encyclopedia”. It is based on the Zettelkestan. And is influenced by Andy Matuschak’s Note-writing System. You will find scientific research, references to religious and philosophical thought, and lessons from life experience. The goal is to create a networked encyclopedia of information to advance insights into happiness for one and for all.

Here is a short reference video on how to use this system.

Short Walkthrough: Using StudyHappiness.Notion.Site - "Happiness Wikipedia"
